PHS NC Replacement
１．Purpose of early replacement
・The present PHS NC unit has undergone discontinued production of some of its component parts.
・Please note that when failure in the NC unit occurs as a result of deterioration in any of its component parts, especially those, the production of which has been discontinued, long-time shutdown of your machine is to result, difficult availability of the component is to result in shutdown of your machine for a long period of time. We therefore recommend early replacement of your NC unit.
２．Example of NC replacement

・The replacement requires no more space than presently available for the NC unit mounting.
(The sequencer replacement involves no other component movement, thus allowing the replacement work to be carried out in a short time.)

３．Users’ merits of replacement

・The new NC unit ensures reduced component part failure, thereby allowing avoidance of frequent machine shutdown, productivity decline and delivery delay that otherwise occur.

・ The replacement includes the NC software version upgrade, allowing great improvements in such functions as shown below.
