The return spring, which returns immediately after shearing, is adopted for the beam of SHS 3/4/6. Special cylinder having the accumulator is adopted for SHS 10/13.
The NC control improves operability and realizes highly accurate and speedy positioning. The stopper on the back end automatically rises for easy shearing of long plates. In addition, the parallelism between the right and the left as well as the stopper straightness can be adjusted easily.

The back stop position, the blade gap, and the process No. are intensively indicated on the front panel. In addition, the newly adopted NC device automatically sets the corrected back stop location by changing the blade gap in accordance with the plate thickness. Moreover, 9 types of process positioning is possible, and it is easy to control.
SHS3/4/6 adopts the compact beam based on computer analysis, of which structure provides good operability on the back side. The gap shear enables feed shearing.
The blade gap can be adjusted properly with the front operation panel, where the data is indicated in LED by turning the handle.
* SHS 6x620/10/13 is equipped with the electrical blade gap adjuster. For other models, the adjuster is optional.
The swing-style realizes vertical cut surfaces by circular motion of the upper blade. The blade gap is easy to control according to plate thickness, which results in accurate and sharp shearing. Hydraulic operation reduces shock and noise, and enhances durability of the blade.
