??In press-brake bending work,bending load-induced ram-bed deflection is unavoidable, and there is always an intermediate sag problem.
1.The PHS series has an angle controller, and the contoroller is linked by shafts to each of wedges under the table.
2.Deflection can be cancelled out and a smooth curve obtained by just turning the handle.
3.By employing NC control for the angle controller,each process is automatically set. This shortens the setup time sighnificantly. |

Depth positioning accuracy is the most basic requirement of a press-brake. The PHS employs an original elongation cancel mechanism "Position Controller".
1.Load and oil temperrature-induced side frame elongation is cancelled out and the depth positioning ia kept constant.
2.All models feature depth independent left and right control as standard equipment.
